As part of our standard operation, all customer systems are monitored by our agent-based monitoring and reporting platform. This keeps track of a number of metrics including:
- System availability
- CPU usage
- Disk usage
- Memory usage
- Network interface usage
- Operating system version information
We can also collect and monitor specific system metrics based on custom requirements. With this tool, we can be alerted to any metric falling outside of pre-determined ranges and act on it accordingly. We can also report on historic metrics and make informed predictions on future system growth.
For customers with a support agreement, any alerts that are triggered will result in our proactive response which includes:
- Analysis of the incident
- Collection of necessary information
- Communication to customer with any necessary approvals
- Implementation of proposed changes
- Post incident follow-up
