As we offer a number of services including support, monitoring and proactive response, our support bundles are ideal for clients looking for full coverage. The four support bundles offer increasing levels of included hours and support coverage to cater for businesses of varying sizes. For requirements outside of the scope of these bundles, please contact us and we can tailor a support bundle.

Support Packages

 

Basic

  • 3 hours remote and on-site support provided per month
  • System and backup monitoring included
  • Proactive response to monitored system alerts
  • Support available 9am-6pm Monday – Friday
  • Support available outside of business hours charged at after-hours rates

Standard

  • 5 hours remote and on-site support provided per month
  • System and backup monitoring included
  • Proactive response to monitored system alerts
  • Support available 9am-6pm Monday – Friday
  • Support available outside of business hours charged at after-hours rates

Extended

  • 10 hours remote and on-site support provided per month
  • System and backup monitoring included
  • Proactive response to monitored system alerts
  • Support available 9am-6pm Monday – Friday
  • 20% discount applied to support provided outside of hours

Premium

  • 15 hours remote and on-site support provided per month
  • System and backup monitoring included
  • Proactive response to monitored system alerts
  • Support available 9am-6pm Monday – Friday

  • Support hours are not accrued
  • Remote or on-site support can be used for end-user, network or server support
  • Project work, including server or network upgrades are outside the scope of monthly support
  • Additional hours are charged at standard support rates unless specified otherwise
